I come here A LOT! I have had a range of experiences, most of which were excellent. Every now and then I encounter a lazy employee or one who seems to never even acknowledge me during the transaction besides to take my money. More often than not the employees are attentive and make sure my drink is made correctly along with being polite to everyone even though the place is slammed. Do give yourself extra time during peak hours (morn, lunch, and dinner rush) as this is the only Starbucks for miles if going north.

I love reading down my tips here because it's a good log of the different drinks I have had here. I often come here and try something different, and I seem to like most of the drinks. I also come whenever there is a special, or also more often at Christmas time for holiday drinks or gift cards. They are fast, efficient and friendly. I find the outside area more comfy than the inside. The inside is smaller than many other Starbucks, but it does serve it's purpose if getting refreshed and caffeinated. Wish I had one closer to me, but at least this is conveniently located next to other stores I like to shop at.

This location is good ... But the employee turn over is fairly high ... Which causes my drink order to come out wrong. I normally get green tea frap with skim milk ... One classic pump and no whip ...for some reason my last two had coffee bean grinds in it ... Not a happy camper sine they increased prices ... But I love studying here.

The staff is average and it's always busy, but there aren't many coffee shops in the area so this should be expected. The drive-thru does move pretty quickly for the most part though. There's plenty of seating available inside and out, so you can always find a table. Great place when you're in need of a little pick-me-up!

In my previous review I gave this place a low score. Yet they have completely revamped this place up. They actually are no longer the "Key West Pink Flamingo Club" meaning they only use to hire Dudes, finally they have a co-ed staff. The staff is pretty friendly and the vibe is good. Much better than before. I enjoy this location better than the one near the Muvico because it has a drive through and has less traffic. They make good drinks and when I get good service I always tip. Just tried the new refreshers and that is just what they are refreshing. The lime reminded me of a mojito and what's not refreshing about that. Very berry hibiscus was also good. The barista recommended trying the orange said it reminds her of tang. And I can't forget to add... Who doesn't get excited about the pumpkin spice latte- it just screams FALL IS COMING!

This Starbucks always delivers. They are open late (midnight), with a great seating area inside and an even bigger one outside. A much needed staple in Wesley Chapel, you often see people socializing outside while studying or working a their computers and enjoying a coffee. They have a drive through with quick, friendly service. I've never had a long wait when running in or going through the drive through. Love it!

They are quick and friendly. My americano came out piping hot! I am kind of a wuss, I may have to ask for it a bit cooler. I did notice the flies others are talking about, but I also noticed they have a drive thru that is constantly busy so that window is always open. There is plenty of seating and the majority of people in there were studying so it's a considerate crowd, not very loud.

Recent turnover rate has been high. I miss all my favorite baristas. But the staff is friendly and tries hard. It would get 5 stars except for the fly problem. It has gotten better but the flies are still around. They keep the air up high so bring a sweater if you plan to stay a while. Also, the music is a loud if you sit in the corner.

Lots of flies everywhere, very unsanitery and annoying. No longer offers milk or even half and half by self serve station. Baristas doesn't accurately measure what goes in and often times give you a latte where most of the cup is foam. Music is sometimes too loud. Good things: plenty of power outlets and chairs.
